Can Southeast Data Systems really conduct a background check on just about anybody?
Answer: Absolutely. Simply provide us with the persons name and either a previous address, date of birth or Social Security Number.

Question: Does Southeast Data Systems disseminate Social Security Numbers?
Answer: Yes, we do release a subject's Social Security Numbers. The personal reference data report generally contains the subject's Social Security number. 

Question: What if I do not supply enough information on the online form?
Answer: If you do not supply enough information on the online submission form then a representative will contact you via e-mail to obtain additional information on the subject. If this does not work then we will immediately refund your order.

Question: How long will it take for me to receive my results?
Answer: Background checks normally take 2 to 3 business days.

Question: What if I do not want any correspondence sent my personal email address?
Answer: We send all correspondence, including the background check, to the email address you specify when you place your order. If you think someone else may have access to your email or you simply do not want to use your personal e-mail address, you can register with any free web mail service and set up a free email address with them.

Question: Is it possible to refund my order once I have received the results?
Answer: If we do not produce a report, there is no charge. We will work until you are completely satisfied. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Question: Can my subject find out I ran a background check on them?
Answer: All information is kept strictly confidential, plus the subject has no way of knowing we ran a background check on them. Please ensure that the email address you supply on the online order form is where you want us to send all correspondence, including the background check. If you need a different private email address, Yahoo!, Hotmail and similar services offer free email.
